Born and raised in Seminole County, Cathy has lived in Volusia County with her family for over 25 years and possess more than 20 years of real estate experience.  She is passionate about serving her community. Having worked in several local schools, Cathy now volunteers to help the up-and-coming generation.  Additionally, she volunteers with incarcerated women who need a second chance in life.

When Cathy is not working or volunteering, she enjoys walking, bicycling, and spending time outdoors. Cathy especially loves relaxing at New Smyrna Beach. She looks forward to spending time with her family, friends and connecting with people to find them the home of their dreams.

When buying a new home, there are many factors that weigh in on their decision: price, amenities, neighborhood, square footage, and much more. Don’t make the mistake of forgetting to add another important aspect of home buying to this research list- school districts. Even if you don’t have, or never plan to have school-age children, school districts can still have quite an impact on your home value and living area.
